• Inspired by a view from a mountain in Seoul: looking down the city’s countless apartment complexes continuously being built and demolished over time and occupy large area of the city, this drawing attempts to explore a set of techniques that challenge conventional architectural drawings which are typically mere representation of space, by focusing more on act of making and censoring marks which mimicks the reality of the built environment, as if the drawing surface is an area of the city, and the drawing is a representation of actual process of construction and demolition of buildings.
